摘　　要：高校教学管理法治化是高校依法治理的一项重要内容,高校教学管理存在的问题源于计划经济的影响尚未消除,有必要从教学管理主体、依据、方法、程序多方面推进高校教学管理的法治化,尤其是从正当程序的要求出发来规范高校学生教学管理程序。The legalization of teaching management in colleges and universities is an important content of college and university management according to law.The problems in the teaching management of colleges and universities stem from the unfulfilled influence of the planned economy.It is necessary to promote the rule of law in the teaching management of colleges and universities from the aspects of teaching management subject,basis,method and procedure,in particular,starting from the requirements of due procedures to regulate the teaching management procedures of college students.
