摘　　要：在社会对创新、应用型人才的需求与日俱增的大环境下,培养学生的自主创新、自我管理能力,发掘自身潜质等就显得尤为重要,为此提出针对大学生自主管理实验室管理模式的调查研究。通过对有需要的学生开展的广泛调查、指出传统实验室教师管理学生的弊端以及对已创建的试点实验室的优势分析,确立了大学生自主实验室管理模式的可行性。通过这样的管理模式可以有效改善在传统教育思想下对学生所产生的理论与生产实践能力不相称的状况,提高学生的创新与自我学习能力。It is particularly important to cultivate students'independent innovation and self-management ability and explore their own potential under the environment of the increasing social demand for innovative and applied talents.Therefore,a survey was conducted on college students'self-management of laboratories.Through the extensive survey of students in need,we pointed out the shortcomings of the traditional laboratory teachers'management of students,analyzed the advantages of the pilot laboratories that have been established,and established the feasibility of independent laboratory management of college students.Such a management model can effectively improve the situation that theory and production and practice ability are disconnected in the traditional education thought,and improve students'innovation and self-learning ability.
