摘　　要：随着高等教育事业改革的不断推进,高等教育不仅要注重强化学生的知识能力,同时还应注重提高学生的综合能力和素质。近些年来,随着社会发展对人才要求的不断提升以及大学生就业竞争形势不断严峻,领导力也逐渐成为大学生需要具备的重要能力之一,同时也是高校在教育教学改革创新过程中一个新的课题和突破点。然而,在我国当前高等教育过程中,对学生领导力的培养尚有不足,导致学生的领导力有所欠缺。针对这种情况,本文对新时期大学生领导力培养策略进行了相应分析,以期能为相关人员提供借鉴和参考,从而更好地促进高等教育工作的未来发展。With the continuous progress of the cause of higher education reform,college education should not only focus on strengthening students'knowledge and ability,but also pay attention to the improvement of students'comprehensive ability and quality.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of talent demand in social development and the grim situation of employment competition for college graduates,leadership has gradually become one of the important abilities that college students need to possess.It is also a new topic and breaking point for colleges and universities in the process of education and teaching reform and innovation.However,in our country's current higher education,there is still not enough training for students'leadership,which leads to students'lack of leadership.In view of this situation,this paper analyzes the strategy of college students'leadership development in the new period with a view to providing reference for relevant personnel,so as to better promote the future development of higher education.
