摘　　要：慢性肾脏病发病率目前呈逐年升高的趋势,目前国内慢性肾脏病的管理工作,在实施中还存在不少问题,由于各地经济、文化、人员素质水平的差异,管理的模式千差万别,管理的效果也参差不齐,且人员结构也不合理。本文通过对目前慢性肾脏病的管理现状、管理方法和管理模式进行分析探讨,探索适合我们国情的慢性肾脏病的管理方法。The incidence of chronic kidney disease is increasing year by year.
