中英建筑技术法规对比及我国建筑结构规范的编制建议

摘　　要：通过对比中英现行建筑技术法规和技术标准,并对英国技术准则与中国强制性条文加以对比,提出了将类似于英国技术准则及其全文引用的技术标准合并为建筑结构规范的强制性标准方案,并建议采用基于性能的方法编写我国建筑结构规范,为我国建筑结构技术法规的制订提供参考。The promulgation of latest“standardized law”in China has put forward a new issues for the engineering construction technical regulations and technical standards system and it’s internationalization.By comparing the current building regulations and technical standards between China and Britain,and comparing the British Regulations with the Chinese mandatory provisions,a compulsory standard programme of combining building regulation similar to the British and technical standards for full text reference into the technical specifications for building structures was proposed.Besides,the paper recommended adopt performance-based method to compile technical specification for building structures which provide a reference for formulate technical specification for the building structures in China.
