摘  要:介绍激光雕花技术的发展、原理和工艺流程;分析采用雕刻输出设计图和钩边输出设计图两种不同雕刻效果图成品的效果;从Corel DRAW设计图、不同服装面料性能、激光雕刻参数等方面总结最佳雕花工艺参数。结果表明,设计图中线条之间的距离不可小于2 mm,闭合曲线不可相互串套;牛仔面料适合表面雕花,不同厚度的面料雕刻时选择70%~100%的光强,80~100 m/min的速度;丝织物雕刻光强在20%~35%,速度在50 m/min左右的范围即可;光强调至45%~60%,速度50 m/min时PU面料雕刻效果最佳。The development,principle and technological process of laser engraving technology were introduced,two different carving renderings of engraving output design and outline illustration were analyzed,and the best carving process parameters were summarized through some aspects,like pattern designs of CorelDRAW,the performance of different garment fabrics,laser engraving parameters and so on.The results show that the distance between lines of the pattern should not be less than2mm and the closed curves of the pattern can not be interlaced.The denim fabric is suitable for carving on its surface with appropriate light intensity and speed for about70%to100%and80to100m/min respectively according to the thickness of the fabric.The carving light intensity of silk fabric is in the range of20%to35%when its speed is in50m/min.And when the light intensity is adjusted to the range of45%to60%and the speed is50m/min,PU fabric have best carving on its surface.
