网络喷嘴在锦纶6DTY生产中的应用

摘　　要：介绍网络喷嘴的工作原理,从网络喷嘴的型号、喷射口角度、有无气室、气室及丝道截面形状、丝道直径、丝道长度和安装位置等方面对网络效果的影响进行分析,并总结网络喷嘴正确的使用方法、日常保养和网络不良产生的原因以及解决措施。结果表明,在其他工艺条件不变的前提下,网络喷嘴丝道、喷射孔、气室的参数对网络效果影响很大;日常生产中,应当根据客户的需求选择合适的网络喷嘴,才能做出符合客户要求的成品;按照正确的方式对网络喷嘴定期保养,既能保证良好的网络效果,又能增加网络喷嘴的使用寿命。The working principle of air jet nozzle is introduced.The influence of air jet nozzle model,orifice Angle,jet channel,jet channel and yarn channel design,yarn channel diameter,length of yarn channel and installation position are analyzed,In this paper,the methods of air jet nozzle,daily maintenance and the causes of Abnormal yarn and the solutions are summarized.The results show that,In the context of other processes.The effect of jet channel,orifice and the design of orifice is very influential.Daily production,Appropriate air jet nozzle should be selected according to customer’s requirement to do what the client requested.Regular maintenance of air jet nozzle in the correct way.It can guarantee good products and increase the service life of air jet nozzle.
