摘　　要：介绍了聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维的结构特征及制备方法,并分析了聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维的阻燃性能,从安全防护用具及防火灾备用品、特种作业服、装饰用品、工业用材和聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维毡等方面综述了聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维的应用。结果表明,聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维是一种具有代表性的具有永久阻燃性能的纤维,其具有独特的梯形结构,极限氧指数高达45%,在各种阻燃性应用中均有较好的性能。为聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维产品的进一步开发提供参考依据。Firstly,this paper introduces the structural feature and the perparation methods of PANOF and analyzes it’s flame retardancy.Secondly.It explains that PANOF has been widely applied in safety protective appliances,disaster prevention supplies,special protective clothing,decorative products,industrial materials and Polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber felt etc.Finally,the experimental result indicated that PANOF was a representative fiber with unique trapezoid structure at the test of limited oxygen index up to45%.The results confirmed that it has a better performance in various applications of flame retardancy.Therefore,it provides the basis reference for further development of PANOF.
