摘 要:针对数码产品更新快,Micro SD卡闲置现象,设计开发了一种高性能的Micro SD卡读写器,以实现资源再利用。本Micro SD卡读写器下位机以STM32F103CBT6为主控器,利用其集成的USB接口实现数据传输,支持USB2.0全速标准,传输率可达12Mb/s;利用主控器集成的SPI接口实现Micro SD卡的数据读写,支持128MB^64GB容量,速率可达3MB/s;利用VC6.0设计了上位机系统。本研究可对SD卡、USB通信和STM32系列应用提供参考依据。For quick updates of digital products,Micro SD cards abandoned,in order to achieve recycling,a high-performance Micro SD card reader was designed.Micro SD card reader next crew is STM32F103CBT6main controller.Its integrated USB interface for data transfer is used to support USB2.0full speed standard transmission rate of up to12Mb/s.Micro SD card reader was STM32F103CBT6main controller.By integrating the SPI master interface,micro SD card data read and write functions were implemented.The system supported128MB^64GB capacity,the rate of up to3MB/s.Based on VC6.0PC system was designed.In this study,on the SD card,USB communication and STM32family of applications,a reference platform is provided.
