对中国历届全运会体育口号变迁的思考  

Reflection on the changes of slogan in previous Chinese national sports games

摘　　要：采用文献资料法对我国历届全运会口号归纳、分析,发现全运会口号的提出及变迁具有明显的社会发展特征。建国初期体育战线工作主要是为国防和社会建设服务,目的在于强身健体,保家卫国;现阶段国人对体育价值的多元化需求进一步深入,目的在于锻炼身体,追求健康。新中国六十多年来全运会口号变迁:一是折射出我国体育价值观的变化;二是带动更多人参与全民健身;三是实现体育强国梦的助力;四是实现了运动与健康理念的传播;五是促进我国大体育观的形成。全运会的应有之意是让普通民众共享全运,而不断坚持建设体育强国的战略定位不动摇,实施全民健身国家战略深推进,推进健康中国建设大局面,创新体育发展方式新突破是今后"十三五"体育事业发展的新要求。The authors made a summary of the slogans in Chinese national games and found that the changes of the slogan have obvious social development characteristics.According to the analysis of the background under which the slogans were put forward,it is believed that in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China,as the sport work mainly served for the defense and social construction,sport cause aimed at strengthening the body and defending the state.At present,because of people's diversified demand for sports value,the aim changes to exercise the body and pursue health.By reviewing the changes of sport slogan in the past60years,the authors hold that the slogans reflect the changes of sports values,drive more people to participate in the national fitness,help to realize the sports power as well as the spread of sports and health concept,and promote the formation of the sport view as a powerful country.Therefore,in the13th Five-Year Period,the development of sport cause requires that the national games attract ordinary people to share the games,the strategic positioning of building a sports power being unwavering;the national strategy of national fitness be implemented to promote the development of healthy China;sports development mode be innovated to make new breakthrough.
