我国篮球高水平后备人才基地人才培养现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：世界篮球强国的经验表明,如何全面抓好后备人才的培养,将直接影响到篮球运动的可持续发展,培养全面发展的篮球后备人才,是我国由篮球大国向篮球强国迈进的基础。采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对我国第一批(37所)、第二批(45所)篮球高水平后备人才基地的空间分布、人才培养现状进行全面研究,认为:目前我国高水平篮球后备人才基地在数量上呈各省市发展极不均衡的现象;我国高水平篮球后备人才基地数量呈现稳步增长态势;我国高水平篮球后备人才基地教练员团队需要缩小性别差异,其学历水平有待提高;我国高水平篮球后备人才基地人才培养的因素中,"学训冲突"、经费不足以及教练员素质仍是人才培养过程中的主要矛盾。The experience of world basketball power shows that how to grasp the training of reserve talents comprehensively will affect the sustainable development of basketball,and the development of an all-round basketball reserve talent is the foundation to move from a big basketball country to a basketball power in China.With the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,and mathematical statistics,it made a study of the spatial distribution and personnel training of the first(37n)and second(45n)batch of basketball reserve talents bases in China.It is concluded that the base of high-level basketball reserve talents in China presents an extremely unbalanced development trend among provinces or cities.The number of high-level basketball reserve personnel bases in China shows a steady growth trend;The team coaches of high-level basketball reserve base need to reduce the gender differences,and their educational level needs to be improved;Among the factors of personnel training in the base of high-level basketball reserve talents in China,the"conflict of learning and training",lack of funds and the quality of coaches are still the main contradictions in the process of personnel training.
