摘　　要：运用文献资料、录像观察和数理统计等方法,对里约奥运会上中国女排与其他强队主动得分和进攻保障环节中各技术运用情况进行对比分析,为中国女排在今后的比赛和训练中保持优势、补齐短板、完善技战术打法提供一定的理论依据。结果表明:中国女排扣球与发球攻击力不足,接应二传实力与其他强队存在差距;防守环节最为薄弱,与其他强队差距较大。建议:中国女排加强二、四号位强攻能力,培养优秀接应二传;挖掘大力跳发队员,提高队伍发球攻击性与多样性;提高队伍整体防守能力,重点强化后排防守队员的卡位、补位意识以及制动后再启动的能力。By using the methods of literature review,video observation and mathematical statistics,this study makes the comparative analysis on initiative attack scoring and attacking guarantee abilities between the Chinese and other volleyball teams in the Rio Olympic Games.Inorder to provide a certain theoretical basis to maintain the advantages,correct the drawbacks,and improve the technical and tactical play for the competitions and training of Chinese women's volleyball team in the future.The results show that:The and serve attack power of slam and serve of Chinese women's volleyball team is insufficient,and there is a certain drawbacks in wing setters's capability in the Chinese team;the defensive phase of the Chinese women's volleyball team is the weakest,which has a large gap in between.Suggest that the Chinesea women's volleyball team should strengthen the power spike ability of the2nd and4th places,and cultivate the excellent wing settersopposite spike;Scout for more powerful jump-to strengthen the attacking ability.Improve the offensive and diversity of serve to improve the aggressiveness and diversity of the serve.;Improve the defensive ability of the whole team,stay focus on strengthening the back line defence players'and fill positioning,seam protectionbit consciousness,and their second reactionrestart ability of defensive players.
