健康教育执行单在个体化脑卒中康复护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育执行单在卒中康复病房的应用效果及其在医院-社区-家庭个体化康复护理服务体系的作用。方法选择2016年1—12月收治的脑卒中后康复患者189例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=96)和对照组(n=93)。对照组按传统方法对患者及陪护人员进行健康教育;观察组按自制健康教育执行单进行健康教育,比较2组健康教育内容掌握情况、并发症发生率、住院期间及出院1个月后护理满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者及家属对相关专科知识的掌握情况更好(P<0.01),肺部感染发生率更低(P<0.05),住院期间及出院1个月后满意度亦更高(P<0.05)。结论健康教育执行单的应用显著提升了健康教育质量,降低了脑卒中患者肺部感染发生率,提高了患者护理满意度。其指导内容延伸至社区及家庭,有利于患者出院后的康复延续,对患者在医院-社区-家庭中的系统康复具有促进作用。ObjectiveTo explore the application of health education execution sheet in stroke rehabilitation ward and its role in individual-based hospital-community-family rehabilitation nursing system.Methods A total of189stroke patients receiving rehabilitation between January and December2016and their caregivers were randomly given health education using either traditional methods(control group,n=93)or self-designed execution sheet(observation group,n=96).The Mastery of health education,incidence of complications,and satisfaction with nursing care during hospitalization1month after discharge were compared between the two groups.Results The patients and their family members in observation group had a better mastery of professional knowledge,a lower incidence of pulmonary infection and a higher satisfaction with nursing than control group(P<0.05or P<0.01).Conclusion The application of health education execution sheet can significantly enhance the quality of health education,reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection and improve the satisfaction with nursing in stroke patients.The extension of execution sheet content to community and family is conducive to the continuing rehabilitation of discharged patients and plays a positive role in hospital-community-family rehabilitation system.
