摘　　要：目的了解现阶段南昌市健康体检人群乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)血清标志物的流行特点并分析其流行趋势。方法对2015年在江西省人民医院体检中心行健康体检人员10 643人(年龄6~93岁,男女性别比1.331)采集全血标本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测HBV血清标志物[包括表面抗原(HBsAg)、表面抗体(HBsAb)、e抗原(HBeAg)、e抗体(HBeAb)、核心抗体(HBcAb)]。结果全人群HBsAg阳性率为11.70%,男性HBsAg阳性率较女性显著升高(13.14%比9.78%,P<0.01);31~40岁组HBsAg阳性率最高,为14.51%,显著高于其他各年龄组(P<0.05);HBsAg阳性模式以HBsAg、HBeAb和HBcAb阳性(小三阳)为主,占79.76%。全人群HBsAb阳性率为66.67%。结论南昌市健康体检人群HBsAg阳性率明显高于全国平均水平,属于高流行地区,HBsAg阳性率男性高于女性,仍有33.33%的人群为易感者,需接种乙型肝炎疫苗。Objective To investigate the epidemic characteristics and trend of serum hepatitis B virus(HBV)markers in health check-up population in Nanchang.Methods Whole blood samples were collected from10643health check-up subjects(6-93years old;male to female ratio,1.33[BFZ]:[BFB]1)in Physical Examination Center of Jiangxi Provincial People’s Hospital in2015.Serum HBV markers(HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb and HBcAb)were examined using ELISA.Results The overall positive rate of HBsAg was11.70%among these subjects.The positive rate of HBsAg in males(13.14%)was higher than that in females(9.78%),and that in31-40years old group(14.51%)was higher than that in other age groups(P<0.05).Furthermore,79.76%of these subjects were positive for HBsAg,HBeAb and HBcAb.The positive rate of HBsAb was66.67%.Conclusion The prevalence of HBV infection in Nanchang is significantly higher than the national average.The positive rate of HBsAg in males is higher than that in females.In addition,33.33%of subjects are susceptible patients who need to be inoculated with hepatitis B vaccine.
