对政治发展理论的再审视——基于阿玛蒂亚·森自由发展观的视角

摘　　要：政治发展理论是在经济和社会发展理论的基础上发展起来的,其概念体系、研究方法、理论旨趣无不受到各种发展理论的影响。阿玛蒂亚·森将自由与发展联系起来,提出"以自由看待发展"的发展观,主张发展就是扩展"实质的自由",这种发展观对于检视各种发展理论具有重要的参考意义。从阿玛蒂亚·森的自由发展观出发,审视政治发展理论,有助于重新认识政治发展的内涵,反思政治发展的路径和方法,给日渐式微的政治发展理论注入新的动力,为中国政治发展实践提供重要借鉴。Political development theory is developed from the basis of economic and social development theory,its concepts,research methods,theoretical purport are all affected by various theories of development.Amartya Sen linked the freedom and development,proposed the development view as“development as freedom”,advocated that the development is to expand the"substantive freedom".This concept of development has important reference value and enlightenment to examine various development theories.Therefore,from Amartya Sen’s perspective of development as freedom,the re examination of the connotation of theory of political development will contribute to the reflection of the political development as political development path,method,and better clarity the trend of political development,and give new impetus to the political development theory that has showed a declining trend.
