摘  要:为满足涡轮冲压组合发动机工作模态转换中涡轮级冷却要求,需采用射流预冷系统。高压力大流量离心式供水泵的设计与试验方法是涡轮冲压组合发动机射流预冷系统的关键技术之一。通过理论计算得到供水泵关键零件的尺寸,采用流场仿真方法得出供水泵性能,利用试验验证供水泵的流量压力特性。仿真结果与试验结果对比表明,设计的高压大流量离心式供水泵满足设计要求。To meet the requirements of turbine cooling during the working mode transition of TBCC,mass injection pre-cooling system is needed.Design and test of large flow and high pressure centrifugal water pump has been a key technology of TBCC engine pre-cooling system.The key dimensions of water pump were obtained by theoretical calculation.The performance of water pump was simulated by CFD method.The pressure and flow characteristic of water pump was verified by test.The comparison between simulation and test results show that the requirements of large flow and high pressure centrifugal water pump were sat-isfied.
