摘　　要：从生态效益、产业结构调整、生态主导产业、改革创新和改善民生等层面提出了黑龙江森工林区转型发展的对策,为今后相关理论研究及实践提供参考。This paper propose the countermeasures for the transformation and development of Heilongjiang forest industry region from the ecological benefits,industrial structure adjustment and the continuous development of ecological dominant industries,reform and innovation,improving people's livelihood,which provide references for the related theoretical and practice research in future.
