摘　　要：高校档案是一种综合性很强的文献资源,它能有效反映学校的教学水平与管理实效,能客观体现学校的发展状况和进程,为学校创新管理体制、实现可持续发展提供重要依据。因此,高校学生档案是推动学校不断发展的宝贵财富。从就业角度纵观高校档案管理现状及存在问题,并有针对性地提出管理创新策略,为实现档案管理的数字化建设提出了若干建议。College archives are one kind of literature resources of great comprehensiveness,which can effectively reflect college teaching level&management effect and objectively embody its development status and process.College archives provide an important basis for school management system innovation and sustainable development.Therefore,college archives are precious resources for promoting school development.A wide view of the status quo and existing problems of college archives management is taken from the perspective of employment.Some targeted management innovation strategies and suggestions are put forward so as to realize the digital construction of archives management.
