凉血止衄汤治疗小儿鼻衄(肺经热盛证)经验

摘　　要：鼻衄是学龄期儿童常见的鼻科疾病,以鼻腔出血为主证,临床表现可为一侧或两侧的鼻腔出血。中医历代医籍将其归为"血证"的范畴。导师王烈教授认为,小儿鼻衄以热证及实证为主要病因,病位在鼻,与肺、胃、脾、肝有关。病机以肺经热盛为多,故治疗以清肺凉血止血为主要治法,创立凉血止衄汤,并根据患儿病情变化而加减运用,此方针对小儿体质特点,组方精简,在临床应用中收效明显,有效降低鼻衄的复发率。Nose bleeding is a common disease of nose in school age children,which is mainly characterized by the bleeding of nose,which may be in one side or both sides.The traditional Chinese medical books of the past and present refer to it as"blood trouble"Prof Wang Lie thinks that it is mainly heat syndrome and solid syndrome,which is located in nose,and is related to lung,stomach,spleen and liver.The pathogenesis is the excessive heat of lung,so the treatment should focus on clearing lung and cooling blood,hence the development of Liangxue Zhinv decoction,which is modified in application according to the disease status of the children.This decoction is based on the children's physical characteristics,and is simple in composition,which is effective in clinical application and achieves great effect in decreasing the relapse rate of nose bleeding.
