孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德对哮喘患儿肺功能、炎症因子及免疫球蛋白水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德对哮喘患儿肺功能、炎症因子及免疫球蛋白水平的影响。方法:选择2013年5月~2016年11月在我院治疗的哮喘患儿100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予布地奈德吸入治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,对两组治疗前后肺功能、炎症因子及免疫球蛋白水平进行测定。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者FEV1%、FEF50%、FEF25%及PEF%水平均显著升高,观察组治疗后显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者IL-10水平显著升高,TNF-α及IL-8水平均显著降低,且观察组IL-10水平显著高于对照组,TNF-α和IL-8水平显著低于对照组,差异对比均有显著性(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者IgA及IgM水平均显著升高,IgE水平显著降低,且观察组IgA和IgM水平均显著高于对照组,IgE水平显著低于对照组,差异对比有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德能有效抑制哮喘患儿的呼吸道炎症反应,增强机体免疫能力,改善肺通气及换气,疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the effects of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide on pulmonary function,inflammatory factors and immunoglobulin in children with asthma.Methods:A total of100children with asthma treated in our hospital from May2013to November2016were randomly divided into control group and observation group.In the control group,budesonide inhalation therapy was given.On the basis of the control group,Montelukast sodium treatment,the two groups before and after treatment of pulmonary function,inflammatory factors and immunoglobulin levels were measured.Results:Compared with before treatment,the levels of FEV1%,FEF50%,FEF25%and PEF%in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).TNF-αand IL-8levels were significantly decreased and IL-10levels were significantly increased in the two groups after treatment,and in the observation group the levels of TNF-αand IL-8were significantly lower than those in the control group,IL-10levels were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with before treatment,IgA and IgM levels were significantly increased in both groups after treatment,IgE levels were significantly decreased,and in the observation group IgA and IgM levels were significantly higher than in the control group,IgE levels were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide can effectively reduce the inflammation level of children with asthma,improve lung function,enhance immunity,the effect is significant,it is worth further clinical application.
