摘 要:为研究相变材料在公路建筑中的节能特性,通过模拟公路建筑所处的气候环境,对不同组合形式、调温速率和相变参量下的建筑试件节能保温性能进行了试验研究.同时,提出利用变温法和节能效率值(K_0-K_1)/K_0×100%作为复合墙体节能保温性能的评价指标.试验结果表明:首先,墙体热阻越大,导热系数越低,其节能效果越高,当保温层热阻为0.67m^2K/W时,墙体节能效率最优;其次,相变材料掺量与墙体节能保温性能呈高度正相关特性;在墙体相变板参量为4kg/m^2,中间保温层厚25mm,下部无机板厚25mm,调温速率为1.2℃/h这一工况下,比基准墙体节能约37.5%,复合墙体节能效果最优.For the study of phase change materials in energy saving features of highway construction,through the simulation of highway construction environment climate,the different combination forms,rate of temperature and phase change parameter of building energy saving insulation specimen are studied.At the same time,this paper puts forward the evaluation index of energy saving and thermal insulation performance of composite wall by using variable temperature method and energy saving efficiency.The results show that:firstly,the larger the thermal resistance of the wall,the lower the thermal conductivity,the higher the energy saving effect,and the optimal efficiency of the wall energy efficiency when the thermal resistance of the insulation layer is0.67m2K/W.Secondly,the content of the phase change material is highly positive and relevant to the wall energy conservation performance.When the wall phase transition plate parameter is4kg/m2,intermediate thermal insulation layer thickness is25mm,lower inorganic thickness is25mm,rate of temperature is1.2℃/h,this condition than the base wall energy saving about37.5%,energy saving effect of the optimal composite wall.
