摘  要:以Gd(NO_3)_3·6H_2O为金属离子源,KBF4为氟源,及Eu(NO_3)_3·6H_2O为掺杂离子源,通过简单的水热合成方法,合成出铜钱状GdF_3:Eu^(3+)纳米空心环.通过PXRD、SEM、TEM、EDX等表征方法对样品进行表征.结果表明:GdF_3:Eu^(3+)纳米空心环为六方晶相系,其直径约为500 nm.分别试验了反应时间、不同掺杂浓度对其形貌及发光性能的影响.结果表明:当掺杂摩尔浓度为15%时,荧光强度最强.同时研究了其磁学性能,结果表明GdF_3:Eu^(3+)是一种典型的顺磁材料.Copper-like GdF3:Eu3+hollow rings have been successfully prepared by a template-free,facile and low-cost hydrothermal method with Gd(NO3)3·6H2O,KBF4as reaction source and Eu(NO3)3·6H2O as the doped ions source.The products are fully characterized by PXRD,SEM,TEM and EDX.The results show that the copper-like GdF3:Eu3+hollow rings are hexagonal phase with the diameters of500nm.The influential factors of reaction time on the morphology and dosage of dopedions on the luminescence intensity have been investigated,respectively.When doping concentration of Eu3+is15%,the intensity of luminescence is the most strongest.Magnetism investigation shows that the GdF3:Eu3+is a kind of typical paramagnetic material.
