低侵彻陶瓷枪弹对航空有机玻璃的侵彻性能分析

摘  要:为了改善常规枪弹杀伤过剩,在9 mm手枪基础上使用陶瓷枪弹进行试验,研究了陶瓷枪弹侵彻航空玻璃,并进行了结果分析。运用LS_DYNA有限元软件,对不同速度的低侵彻陶瓷枪弹侵彻航空有机玻璃进行数值模拟,对比弹头的破碎效果和对航空有机玻璃的毁伤效果,分析低侵彻陶瓷枪弹的破碎性能和对航空有机玻璃的侵彻威力。研究结果表明:低侵彻陶瓷枪弹具有良好的破碎性能,速度对低侵彻陶瓷枪弹侵彻航空有机玻璃的毁伤效果影响很大,存在充分发挥低侵彻陶瓷枪弹能力的速度区间。In order to optimize the damage capability of conventional bullets,the ceramic bullet was tested based on the9mm pistol.The ceramic bullet penetrating into the air glass was studied,and the results were analyzed.By using LS_DYNA finite element software,the low penetration ceramic bullets penetrating aviation organic glass under different speeds were simulated.The fragmentation effect was compared with the damage effect of aviation organic glass.The crushing performance of low penetration ceramic bullets and its penetration power against aviation organic glass were analyzed.The results show that the low-penetration ceramic bullet has good crushing performance,and the speed has a great influence on the damage effect of low-penetration ceramic bullet penetrating aviation organic glass,and there is a speed range that gives full play to the ability of low penetration ceramic bullet.
