摘　　要：《INCOTERMS 2010》中有6个常用的贸易术语,它们确定了不同的交易条件,并且确定了不同的价格构成。这6个常用贸易术语的存在不是孤立的,而是有着紧密的联系。外贸专业的学生和外贸业务员只有搞清了它们之间的相同之处和不同之处,才能灵活运用这些常用贸易术语,从而顺利完成外贸业务。在经济发展新常态下,国际贸易术语的选择也必须符合新常态的要求,选择更加正确合理的贸易术语,从而促进我国对外贸易的顺利发展。In the INCOTERMS2010,there are six trade terms,which are used frequently.These trade terms determine different trade conditions,and the price composition,which is determined by these trade terms is different.These trade terms are not isolated,but exist a close connection.Students who are in major of foreign trade and foreign trade salesman must grasp the similarities and differences of these commonly used trade terms in order to complete the foreign trade.In thenew normal state of economic development,the choice of international trade terms must also be consistent with the requirements of the new normal state,we must choose more reasonable trade terms,so as to promote the development of Chinese foreign trade.
