摘  要:[目的]研究生附子水煎液对小鼠H22肝癌皮下移植模型的作用。[方法]建立小鼠H22肝癌皮下移植肿瘤模型,次日治疗组用生附子水煎液灌胃治疗,模型组用生理盐水灌胃。通过检测小鼠体质量、自主活动、瘤重和瘤体积,观察肿瘤组织病理学变化,评价生附子水煎液对H22肝癌皮下移植瘤小鼠肿瘤生长的抑制作用。[结果]与模型组小鼠体质量比较,给药组体质量上升相对平缓,自主活动增多,生存状态良好。给药组的肿瘤组织重量较轻,与模型组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。HE染色结果表明:模型组小鼠的肿瘤组织细胞核大、呈致密深染,细胞核与细胞质比例失衡,细胞核密集区域较多,而给药组的肿瘤组织染色后,细胞核密集程度与模型组相比明显降低,核染色较浅。[结论]生附子水煎液对小鼠H22肝癌皮下移植瘤的生长具有抑制作用。〔Objective〕To observe the effect of the Sheng Fuzi Decoction in H22cells transplanted subcutaneously mice.〔Methods〕H22liver cancer model was established by injecting H22liver cancer cells into subcutaneous.The next day,the therapeutic group mice received the Sheng Fuzi Decoction via intragastric administration,the model group via physiological saline.The survival status of mice,tumorigenicity,weight,tumors volume and weight were observed.The tumor tissue pathological changes were observed by HE staining.〔Results〕Compared with the model group,the tumors volume in the treatment group were smaller and had a significant difference(P<0.05).The weight and autonomic activity were significantly increased,and the mental state was good.The results of HE staining showed that the tumor nucleus of the tumor group was densely dense,the proportion of nucleus and cytoplasm was abnormal,and the tumor density of treatment group was significantly lower than the model group.〔Conclusion〕The decoction of Sheng Fuzi has the anti tumor effect in H22liver cancer subcutaneous transplanted mice.
