摘　　要：豫光铜渣选矿车间由于板式给料机布料面积过大等设计缺陷而导致上料不稳,料量过大等问题,影响到后续设备半自磨的运行及半自磨的衬板寿命。因此,对板式给料机进行了一系列的改造,从而稳定了供料量,保证生产的连续进行。The copper slag beneficiation plant for Henan Yuguang Gold and Lead Co.Ltd is now troubled by the problems on its apron feeder of unstable feeding,too much feed,etc.due to design defects of overlarge cloth area,which further affects the operation of downstream SAG mill and service life of SAG mill lining plate.To solve the above-mentioned issue,a series of modifications are done to ensure a stable feeding amount of the apron feeder and continuous operation of the plant.
