摘  要:某铜矿选矿厂为了稳定硫精矿的指标,参考类似铜矿选矿厂的生产实践,在选铜尾矿增设脱泥系统。为确保脱泥设备选型的可靠性,开展了选铜尾矿脱泥试验研究工作,最终确定了脱泥系统的设备选型。生产实践表明,选铜尾矿经脱泥后,浓硫酸消耗量下降41.33%,浮选时间延长34.67%,在稳定产出高硫精矿(含S≥47%)的基础上,回收率提高11.02%,浮选机跑槽现象减少,车间操作环境和卫生得到改善。One copper concentrator applied a de-sliming system for copper concentrator tailings to stabilize the indexes of sulfur concentrate based on the operation practice of similar copper concentrators.In order to ensure the stability of the de-sliming equipment selected,a de-sliming test had been made for copper concentrator tailings before the de-sliming equipment was selected.The operation practice indicates that,when the copper concentrator tailings are de-slimed,the strong sulfuric acid consumption is reduced by41.33%and the flotation time is extended by34.67%.On the basis of highly stable output of sulfur concentrate(S≥47%),the recovery rate isincreased by11.02%.The overflow from flotation cells is reduced.The plant environment and the hygiene conditions are improved.
