摘　　要：简要概述了丹霞冶炼厂熔硫系统的现状,详细介绍了锌氧压浸出湿法炼锌技术流程,重点分析了硫精矿硫品位低、硫化渣渣量高;硫精矿水分、酸及硫酸盐含量高,投矿起泡和结团;池温低、硫精矿熔化速度慢等问题,并结合实际提出了设备改造和工艺优化的解决措施,实现了硫精矿投入与产出的平衡,保障了工厂的正常运行。The paper illustrates the current situation of the sulfur melting system in Danxia Smelter,details the process flow of zinc hydrometallurgy technology with oxygen pressure leaching,analyzes problems such as low sulfur grade in sulfur concentrate and high sulfide slag amount;high moisture,acid and sulfate in sulfur concentrate,foaming and agglomeration at ore feeding;low temperature in the tank,and slow melting of sulfur concentrate,and then puts forward solutions for equipment renovation and process optimization based on the practice,which balance sulfur concentrate input and output and ensure normal operation of the smelter.
