摘　　要：针对瑞林稀贵公司熔炼炉试生产期间熔炼渣粒化过程中出现的"放炮"现象,从系统结构配置、生产操作及熔炼渣粒化爆炸理论等因素进行分析与研究,并对粒化系统进行相应地改造,同时加强生产操作管理,有效地解决了熔炼渣的"放炮"问题。Jiangxi Nerin Precious Metals Technology Co.,Ltd.experienced blowouts in smelting furnace slag granulation during the pilot production.The authors analyzed and studied the factors such as system structure arrangement,production operation and smelting slag granulation blowout theory,renovated the granulation system accordingly,strengthened production operation management,and finally effectively solved the problem of smelting slag blowout.
