摘 要:以某工业园区基础工程为实例,通过对场地地基土(岩)层结构及特征进行分析,结合拟建建筑的承载力要求的特点,采用组合锤法地基处理技术将风化千枚岩回填土作为地基处理填料加以利用,在满足设计要求的同时与旋挖钻孔灌注桩方案进行经济性对比,具有良好的经济效益,节省了大量基础钢筋混凝土,为千枚岩回填土区域的基础方案的优化提供参考。Thepaper takes the foundation project of one industrial park as the example to analyze the structure and characteristics of soil(rock)layer of site foundation.The authorsapplied the foundation treatment technology with combination hammer method based on the properties of bearing requirements of the proposed building to use the weathered phyllite backfill as the foundation treatment packing,which not only meets the design requirements but also is of good economic benefits through an economic efficiency comparison with the scenario of spiral excavation drill hole pouring piles.The project has saved a great deal of reinforced concrete in the foundation and provides reference for foundation scenario optimization at phyllite backfill areas.
