摘　　要：随着照明科技的发展,光照环境的研究与应用已经从视觉功效拓展到情绪、睡眠、认知、节律等多个方面,光与健康成为了未来照明领域发展的新方向。本文回顾了光与健康的研究历程,分析了人因健康照明的各个要素,总结了光生物安全和光的疗愈作用,提出了光与健康研究、设计与应用的未来方向,展望了光与健康的前沿科技以及循证设计的必要性,对目前光与健康领域进行了全方位的综述。With the development of technology,the research and application of light environment has expanded from vison to emotion,sleep,cognition,rhythm and many other aspects.Light and health has become new direction for the development of lighting.This paper reviews the history of healthy lighting research,analyses essential factors of human centric lighting;summarizes the photobiological safety problems and healing effects of light,puts forward the future direction of healthy lighting research,design and application and anticipates the frontier science of light health and the inevitable trend of evidence based design.A comprehensive review of the current healthy lighting is made.
