摘  要:以松散承压含水层下采煤工作面为研究背景,提出了基于顶板预裂爆破的关键层改性防范工作面压架突水灾害的措施。首先对顶板覆岩结构进行判别,针对覆岩满足复合单一关键层结构的条件,通过顶板预裂爆破弱化距离煤层10倍采高以内的厚硬岩层,实现关键层层位上移至10倍采高之外,避免覆岩形成复合单一关键层结构而发生复合破断,从而达到避免压架突水灾害的目的。在顶板预裂爆破防治压架突水灾害机理的基础上,介绍了基于顶板预裂爆破进行关键层改性措施的适用条件和应用方法。Taking the coal mining face under aquifers as the research background,the paper puts forward measures of pre cracking blasting above the roof in key stratum to prevent the water inrush.To determine the key roof strata first according to the condition that the overlying stratum being inline with the composite,single,key layer structure.by presplit blasting,the thick and hard rock layers within10times the height of coal seam are weakened and the key layers are moved upward to the height of beyond the10times coal seam,so to prevent the catastrophe of sudden collapse of the key strata.Besides,the related application requisite condition and operational methods for the presplit are also introduced in the paper.
