摘  要:目的探讨Sels基因多态性与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)发生的相关性。方法本研究采用采病例-对照方法,选取于新疆医科大学第一附属医院行冠状动脉造影后的患者,根据纳入及排除标准,最终入选冠心病患者1 416例(冠心病组)和健康对照1 373例(对照组)。Sels基因分型采用TaqMan技术后,选取4个标签SNP(rs12910524,rs1384565,rs2101171和rs4965814)进行研究。结果 Sels基因rs1384656基因型分布在冠心病组和健康对照组中差异具有统计学意义。CC基因型在冠心病患者中的分布频率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。多因素Logistic分析结果表明,排除了其他干扰因素后,rs1384656基因多态性仍然和冠心病的发病风险相关。结论 Sels基因多态性和冠心病的发生存在关联,可能Sels基因突变导致的血糖、血脂变化、参与炎症调控有关。ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between Sels gene polymorphism and coronary heart disease.MethodsA designed case-control study includes1416CAD patients and1373healthy controls.TaqMan technique was utilized and4SNPs of genotype(rs12910524,rs1384565,rs2101171and rs4965814)in Sels gene were selected to be the subjects.ResultsGenetics polymorphism of rs1384656of the Sels gene was related to CAD.Logistic regression analysis showed that CC genotype of Sels was independently correlated with CAD risk excluding the confounders.ConclusionThe present study indicated that Sels genetic polymorphism was associated with CAD risk in the population,possibly since Sels gene mutations resulted in changes of blood sugar and lipid,and involved in the regulation of inflammation.
