摘　　要：目的探讨腺苷三磷酸(ATP)结合盒转运子A1基因(ATP binding cassette transporter 1,ABCA1)R219K多态性在不同饮食结构人群中的分布及其与血脂的关系。方法用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法测定ABCA1基因多态性。分析不同基因的频率在不同饮食结构人群的分布特点及其与血脂的关系。结果不同饮食结构的人群的ABCA1基因R219K的多态性位点存在RR、RK、KK型3种基因型,基因频率在不同饮食结构人群中的分布无差异性。K等位基因携带者的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High-density lipoprotein,HDL-C)水平高于RR基因型(P<0.05),KK型总胆固醇(Total Cholesterol,TC)水平低于RR型(P<0.05)。结论K等位基因可能产生有益的临床血脂谱。Objective To study the distribution of R219K polymorphism of ATP-binding cassette transporter1(ABCA1)gene in the population with different diet structure,and its relationship with blood lipids.Methods The genotype and allele frequencies of ABCA1R219K genetic variation were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restricted fragments length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP).Analysis of different gene frequency distribution characteristics in the different diet structure of the population and its relationship with blood lipids.Results ABCA1gene R219K polymorphism was existing in the different diet structure of the population,which had three types:RR genotype,RK genotype and KK genotype without difference in gene frequency distribution in the different diet structure of the population.HDL-C level of K allele carriers of the system was higher than that of the RR genotype(P<0.05),Total Cholesterol level of type KK was lower than that of the RR type(P<0.05).Conclusion The K allele existing may produce beneficial blood lipid spectrum in clinical in the population.
