摘 要:目的探讨双模教育模式对桂西地区空巢老人高血压病患者生活质量的影响。方法将200例桂西地区空巢老人高血压病患者随机分两组,对照组100例实施传统的健康教育,研究组100例应用双模教育模式进行干预,观察两组干预前、出院时高血压疾病知识掌握情况,以及干预前、干预3个月血压控制达标率;用简明健康调查量表(SF-36)评定两组干预前、干预3个月的生活质量。结果两组干预前高血压病知识得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院时高血压病知识得分均高于干预前(P<0.001),研究组提高幅度大于对照组(P<0.001)。两组干预前收缩压、舒张压控制达标率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预3个月收缩压、舒张压控制达标率均较干预前显著提高(P<0.01),且研究组达标率均优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组干预前SF-36量表得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预3个月研究组SF-36量表得分优于对照组(P<0.001),提示干预后研究组患者生活质量优于对照组。结论双模教育改善患者的社会家庭支持,能唤起其对生活的信心,提高患者掌握疾病知识的能力,改善患者的社会支持,有效控制血压,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the influence of dual mode educational mode on the quality of life of empty nesters with hypertension in western Guangxi.Methods200cases of empty nesters with hypertension in western Guangxi were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(100cases)were intervened by traditional health education.While the study group(100cases)were intervened by dual mode educational mode.And then,mastery of the knowledge of hypertension before and after intervention as well as target rate of blood pressure control3months before and after intervention were observed between the two groups.The quality of life before intervention and3months after intervention were evaluated by Short Form Health Survey(SF-36).Results Difference of the scores of mastery of the knowledge of hypertension of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),those at discharge were higher than those before intervention(P<0.001),and those of the study group improved more significantly than that in the control group(P<0.001).Difference of target rates of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure control was not statistically significant(P>0.05),3months after intervention,target rates of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure control improved more significantly than those before intervention(P<0.01),but those of the study group were superior to those of the control group(P<0.01).Before intervention,difference of SF-36score was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and3months after intervention,SF-36score of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.001),which showed that the quality of life of the study group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion Dual mode educational mode can improve patients’social and family support,arouse their confidence in life,improve their knowledge of disease,improve their social support,control their blood pressure and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of popularization and application.
