摘　　要：目的通过对综合性医院儿科医师问卷调查,对临床儿科医师教育与培养提出合理建议。方法针对目前儿科医师关注的工作环境问题,自行设计简单问卷,进行调查与分析。结果 123位儿科医生参与问卷调查,有效问卷109份,有效率为88.6%。对儿医疗工作社会环境、医院医疗硬件环境、医院支持儿科学科发展力度和收入状况4项满意度,以一般为主。对儿科科室环境和下级医师素质与技能状况2项满意度,以满意为主。对儿科学科发展趋势预测,以能够维持现状和萎缩为主要观点。对目前儿科工作岗位的想法,以等待机会离开为主要观点。非常关注和关注的问题主要为儿科医疗环境(77.1%)、儿科医生来源(73.4%)、医生人身安全(67.9%)和医生工作压力(68.8%)。结论儿科医师对儿科工作环境满意度令人担忧,改善综合性医院儿科不利的医疗环境因素,提供必要的倾斜政策,加强儿科学科知识的科普教育、正面宣传等有利于稳定儿科医师队伍和儿科学科发展。ObjectiveTo put forward reasonable suggestions for clinical pediatricianseducation and training through pediatriciansquestionnaire survey in the general hospitals.MethodsIn view of the present pediatrician concern working environment,simple self designed questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze pediatricianswork envirenment.ResultsA total of123pediatricians participated in the questionnaire investigation,in which109questionnaires were valid with an effective rate of886%.Satisfaction levels of medical social work environment,hospital medical hardware environment,level of supporting pediatric development,and income status were characterized as a general situation.Satisfaction levels of pediatric department environment and condition of junior doctors qualities and skills were given priority to satisfaction by participants.For pediatric discipline development trend forecast,maintaining the status quo and shrinking was the main point of view.For thoughts on pediatric jobs now,participantsmain point of view was waiting for the opportunity to leave.The attention problems were medical environment(771%),source of pediatricians(734%),personal safety of pediatricians(679%),and job stress(688%).ConclusionPediatricians worried about working environment.To improve the medical environment of pediatric adverse factors,provide necessary tilt policy,strengthen popular science education about pediatric discipline knowledge,and strengthen positive publicity were conducive to stability of pediatric team and pediatric discipline development.
