社会学视野下社会治理现代化的内涵及其启示

摘　　要：基于社会学视角,社会治理现代化是指作为民众、政府等社会主体为了实现社会和谐有序和充满活力而对由职业角色、家庭关系、社会组织、社会阶层、城乡社区等要素构成的社会结构进行的根本性、整体性、计划性和长期性的优化过程。准确把握社会治理现代化的内涵,对于推进社会治理现代化实践具有启示意义:有助于促进职业角色的规范化,实现社会协调发展;有助于促进家庭关系的平等化,促进社会和谐稳定;有助于推进社会阶层结构的合理化,实现社会公平正义;有助于推动社会组织合法化,激发社会活力;有助于推动社区自治化,提升社会自主性。Based on the sociological perspective,the modernization of social governance can be considered to be the process which the main body of the people and the government in order to achieve social harmony and orderly and full of vitality,and to optimize the Social structure by the elements of professional roles,family relationships,social organizations,social class,urban and rural communities fundamentally,Holistically,planning and long-term Grasping the connotation of the concept Accurately has an Enlightenment meaning to promote social governance modernization:Help to promote the standardization of the occupation role,realize the coordinated development of society;help to promote equality of family relations,and promote social harmony and stability;help to promote the rationalization of social structure,and achieve social fairness and justice;help to promote the legalization of social organization,and stimulate social vitality;help to promote community autonomy,and promote social autonomy.
