摘  要:目的本研究通过观察红景天对暂时性阈移(temporary threshold shifts,TTS)的影响来探讨红景天对急性声损伤的保护作用。方法选取2016年夏季某实弹演习炮兵部队的52例参试者,随机分为红景天组与非红景天组,每组26例;红景天组演习前连续3 d及演习后1 d口服诺迪康胶囊,非红景天组给予等量安慰剂。在实弹演习前72 h及实弹演习24 h后行听力检查,并计算TTS。结果实弹演习前72 h,两组低频平均听阈和高频平均听阈比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实弹演习24 h后,两组低频平均听阈比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),红景天组高频平均听阈低于非红景天组(P<0.05)。红景天组在4.0、6.0和8.0 k Hz的TTS低于非红景天组(P<0.05)。结论红景天能显著降低脉冲噪声所致的高频TTS。ObjectiveTo investigate protective effect of Rhodiola sacra on acute acoustic trauma by observing its effect on temporary threshold shifts(TTS).MethodsA total of52subjects from one artillery unit,who had taken part in the live fire practice in summer2016,were randomly divided into Rhodiola group(n=26)and non Rhodiola group(n=26).Rhodiola group received Rhodiola Nuodikang Capsule orally for continous3d before exercise and at1d after exercise,while non Rhodiola group received the same amount of placebo.Hearing tests were performed at72h before the exercise and at24h after the exercise,and the TTS was also calculated.Results There were no significant differences in low frequency and high frequency average auditory threshold at72h before the exercises in two groups(P>0.05).At24h after the exercises,there was no significant difference in low frequency average auditory threshold in two groups(P>0.05),and high frequency average auditory threshold in Rhodiola group was significantly lower than that in non Rhodiola group(P<0.05).TTS values at4.0,6.0and8.0kHz in Rhodiola group were significantly lower than those in non Rhodiola group(P<0.05).ConclusionRhodiola sacra may significantly reduce the high frequency TTS caused by impulse noise.
