摘　　要：目的观察降压定眩片对原发性高血压病患者胰岛素抵抗程度及血清瘦素水平的影响。方法选取2013年1月—2014年4月收治的原发性高血压病伴胰岛素抵抗患者72例。按治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组36例。对照组给予硝苯地平缓释片(Ⅰ)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用降压定眩片治疗,疗程3个月。观察治疗前后两组血压水平,血总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)及血清瘦素水平,并计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组TC、TG、FPG、收缩压和舒张压水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。观察组治疗后FINS水平低于治疗前和对照组,ISI和血清瘦素水平高于治疗前和对照组(P<0.01)。两组均未见不良反应发生。结论降压定眩片能够降低原发性高血压病患者血压水平,改善血脂、血糖、血清瘦素水平及胰岛素抵抗程度。Objective To observe effects of Jiangya Dingxuan Tablets on insulin resistance and serum leptin level of patients with essential hypertension.Methods A total of72patients with essential hypertension associated by insulin resistance admitted during January2013and April2014were divided into observation group(n=36)and control group(n=36)according to different treatment methods.Control group was treated with Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets(Ⅰ),while observation group was added with Jiangya Dingxuan Tablets on the basis of treatment for control group,and the course of treatment was3months.In two groups,levels of blood pressure,blood total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),fasting blood glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS)and serum leptin were observed before and after treatment,and values of insulin sensitivity indexes(ISI)were calculated,and adverse reactions were also observed.Results After treatment,levels of TC,TG,FPG,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups,and the levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).After treatment,FINS level in observation group was significantly lower,while ISI and serum leptin levels in observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment in same group and in control group(P<0.01).No adverse reactions were found in two groups.Conclusion Jiangya Dingxuan Tablets may reduce blood pressure level and improve blood lipid,blood sugar and serum leptin levels and insulin resistance degree of patients with essential hypertension.
