经阴道彩色多普勒超声在不孕症妇女子宫内膜容受性及子宫动脉血流动力学中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声在不孕症妇女子宫内膜容受性及子宫动脉血流动力学中的应用价值。方法:选取我院妇产科2014年7月至2016年10月收治的不孕症患者以及在我院行健康体检的育龄期女性各110例作为研究对象,分别设为研究组和对照组。分别于月经周期第8、15、22日对两组受试者均行经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查。比较两组受试者子宫内膜情况以及子宫动脉血流动力学参数。结果:月经周期第8、15、22日时,研究组受试者子宫内膜薄于对照组,子宫内膜容积小于2 mL的个数多于对照组,A型子宫数亦少于对照组,且比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组受试者子宫动脉搏动指数、收缩指数明显大于对照组,收缩期最大流速慢于对照组,且比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声能快速获取子宫内膜及子宫动脉相关数据,从而快速作出初步诊断。Objective:To evaluate the value of transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography in endometrial receptivity and uterine artery hemodynamics in infertility women.Methods:We selected110cases of infertility patients admitted to our hospital gynecology and obstetrics from July2014to October2016,and110cases of childbearing age women for physical examination in our hospital.It was divided into the study group and the control group respectively.The subjects were subjected to transvaginal color doppler ultrasonography on the8th,15th and22th day of the menstrual cycle.The hemodynamics parameters of the uterine arteries and endometrial conditions were compared between the two groups.Results:The number of patients with endometrial volume less than2mL was higher than that of the control group,and the number of type A uterus was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The uterine artery pulsatility index and contraction index of the study group were significantly smaller than the control group,the systolic maximum flow rate was faster than the control group,and the difference was statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal color doppler ultrasound can quickly access the endometrial and uterine artery-related data,which quickly made a preliminary diagnosis.
