摘　　要：目的:探讨蜡疗、氦-氖激光联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取2015年10月至2016年12月我院收治的160例类风湿关节炎患者,随机分为对照组80例患者,给予常规的甲氨蝶呤治疗;观察组80例患者采用蜡疗、氦-氖激光联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,比较在治疗3个月后两组患者的相关指标。结果:比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率,对照组低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的关节肿胀例数、关节疼痛例数、关节压痛例数、晨僵时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的类风湿因子(RF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组患者的不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:蜡疗、氦-氖激光联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎患者的临床疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of keritherapy,He-Ne laser light combined with methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:160patients with rheumatoid arthritis from October2015to December2016in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with80cases in each group.The control group was given conventional methotrexate treatment,and the observation group was given keritherapy,He-Ne laser light combined with methotrexate treatment.The related indexes of the two groups were observed after3months treatment.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was statistically significant higher than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the numbers of joint swelling,joint pain and joint tenderness of observation group were remarkably lower than the control group,and the time of morning stiffness time of observation group was statistically significant lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,RF,CRP,ESR of the observation group were obviously lower than the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the two groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of keritherapy,He-Ne laser light combined with methotrexate in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis is significant.
