摘　　要：目的:研究泪道激光成形联合逆行植管治疗泪道阻塞的护理。方法:选取2016年3月15日至2017年1月10日我科接受治疗的90例泪道阻塞患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组患者各45例。两组患者均行泪道激光成形联合逆行植管治疗后,观察组进行全程护理治疗,对照组进行常规护理治疗,观察统计患者术前术后相关护理评分、术后不良反应发生率及患者对护理治疗的满意度。观察时间均为10个月。结果:两组泪道阻塞患者,在护理评分上,对照组(69.45±77.56)分少于观察组(76.54±82.23)分,有明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不良反应发生率上,对照组大于观察组,有明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在护理满意度上,对照组少于观察组,有明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泪道激光成形联合逆行植管治疗的泪道阻塞患者进行全程护理后,患者对手术护理的效果比较满意,创伤小,外表美观,术后不良反应明显减少。Objective:To study the nursing care of lacrimal duct obstruction treated with laser forming combined with retrograde implantation of lacrimal duct.Methods:90cases of lacrimal duct obstruction from March15,2016to January10,2017treated in our department were classified according to different medical record number for the observation group and control group.Two groups of patients were treated with laser dacryocystoplasty combined with retrograde intubation treatment.The observation group was given entire nursing treatment,and the control group was given routine nursing treatment.The related nursing score and postoperative adverse reaction rate and the satisfaction of patients to nursing were analyzed after treatment.The observation time was10months.Results:The two groups of lacrimal obstruction patients on the score of nursing care,the control group(69.45±77.56)was less than the observation group(76.54±82.23),there were significant differences,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In the incidence of adverse reactions,the control group was greater than the observation group,there were significant differences,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In the nursing satisfaction,the control group was less than the observation group,there were significant differences,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:For laser dacryocystoplasty combined retrograde tube grafting treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction patients,nursing effect on patients after surgical nursing is satisfying;trauma,postoperative appearance,postoperative adverse reaction are improved significantly,worthy of clinical expansion.
