摘　　要：目的构建中文版复合式癌症儿童疼痛自我报告评估系统。方法引进加拿大研制的复合式疼痛评估系统Pain SquadTM,汉化形成中文版复合式癌症儿童疼痛自我报告评估系统。采用国际标准化的慢性病治疗功能评价翻译方法,经翻译、调和、回译、专家审核校对、质量评价、认知性访谈及语言调试、最终评价等7大步骤完成汉化;采用条目层次聚类分析和信效度分析对其进行系统验证。结果中文版复合式癌症儿童疼痛自我报告评估系统共包含疼痛特质维度、疼痛干扰维度和疼痛管理维度3个维度,经验证其表面效度、内容效度、效标关联效度良好;中文版复合式癌症儿童疼痛自我报告评估系统的信度(Cronbach’sα系数、Guttman分半系数均>0.8)良好。结论中文版复合式癌症儿童疼痛自我报告评估系统具有良好的信效度,可在中国癌症儿童人群中推广应用,有助于推进这一人群的疼痛诊疗发展。Objective To construct a Chinese version of combined patients’self report pain assessment system for children with cancer.Methods The international standard functional assessment of chronic illness therapy(FACIT)translation methodology was used during the introduction of the pain assessment system of Pain SquadTM from Canada.Translation,reconciliation,back translation,expert review,quality evaluation,cognitive interview and language debugging,final evaluation steps were included.The reliability and validity of the Chinese version were evaluated.Results The Chinese version of pain assessment system was divided into3dimensions by cluster analysis,including pain nature dimension,pain interference dimension and pain management dimension.Surface validity,content validity,criterion validity were good.Reliability(Cronbach’sαcoefficients and Guttman split half coefficients were greater than0.8)was also good.Conclusion The Chinese version of combined patients’self-report pain assessment system for children with cancer has good validity and reliability,thus can be implied in Chinese children to help promote the development of pain diagnosis and treatment in this particular group.
