公安现役院校消防专业学员职业素养构建路径探析

摘　　要：为了适应当前越来越复杂的社会环境,公安现役院校消防专业学员的职业素养必须加强。结合当前公安现役院校职业素养培养的现状和问题,从职业意识、职业知识、职业能力三个方面设定职业素养的培养目标,同时为学员职业素养培养提出了构建评价体系、建立人生导师制、加强实战化教学、培养学员创新能力等积极有效的方案和对策。It is necessary to strengthen the professional accomplishments training of fire science majors so as to adapt to the increasingly complex social environment.Based on the status quo analysis of professional accomplishments of armed police colleges and the summary of the existing problems,this paper puts forward not only the cultivation goal of professional accomplishments in terms of vocational consciousness,professional knowledge and professional capability,but also some positive and effective programs and countermeasures including constructing an evaluation system for professional accomplishments,establishing a life tutor system,strengthening practical teaching,training students innovative ability.
