摘　　要：目的探讨3D胸腔镜全肺切除手术患者的围手术期护理方法。方法回顾性分析和总结2015年6月至2016年12月本院收治的33例行3D胸腔镜全肺切除手术患者的资料和护理经验。结果 33例行全肺切除手术患者,手术时间(包含快速冰冻)90~580min;出血量50~1 200m L。术后住院时间4.0~5.5d。术后发生肺炎2例,阵发性心房纤颤1例,均治愈。结论做好基础疾病的治疗和控制,进行呼吸功能锻炼、肺康复运动训练操的指导;术后加强氧疗、液体、体位、胸腔引流管、疼痛等管理,对手术顺利完成具有积极的意义。Objective To explore the perioperative nursing for the patients during3D video-assisted pneumonectomy.Method The data and nursing experience of33cases after3D video-assisted thoracic surgery from June2015to December2016were reviewed retrospectively.Results Pneumonectomy was operated in33cases,with the operation time(including fast freezing time)of(90~580)min and bleeding volume of(50~1200)mL.The postoperative hospitalization time was(4.0~5.5)d.Postoperative pneumonia occurred in2cases and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation occurred in one case,all of which were cured.Conclusion The nursing strategy of preoperative overall assessmentand intervention,respiratory function training and lung rehabilitation exercise guidance and postoperative reinforced oxygen therapy and the management of liquid,body position,chest tube and pains is the guarantee of the surgical success.
