摘 要:以4~10 mm不同厚度的Q345B钢板作为实验材料,利用光纤激光-MAG电弧复合焊接方法,通过改变激光功率、焊接电流、焊接电压、送丝速度、焊接速度等参数,探索单面焊双面成型工艺,验证焊接工艺对错边、间隙的容忍度。结果表明,激光电弧复合焊在不同的参数组合下均能获得良好的单面焊双面成型,对于错边和间隙的容忍度优于单独的MAG焊接,在实际生产的应用前景更好。Several Q345B steel plates with different thickness from4to10mm are used as experimental materials.By adopting the fiber laser-MAG hybrid welding with unchanged defocusing distance and filament spacing and changing its laser power,welding current,voltage,wire feed speed,welding speed and other parameters,the one side welding with back formation technology is explored,and the tolerance of welding process to the unfitness and gap are verified.The results show that;The one side welding with back formation are well formed by adopting laser-MAG arc hybrid welding under different parameters,and the tolerance of laser-MAG arc hybrid welding to unfitness and gap is superior to that of MAG welding,and has better application prospect in actual production.
