浮针联合中频中药导入治疗颞颌关节紊乱病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察浮针联合中频中药导入治疗颞颌关节紊乱病的临床疗效。方法:选取颞颌关节紊乱病病人40例,分为观察组与对照组,各20例。对照组采用浮针治疗,观察组采用浮针联合中频中药导入治疗。比较2组病人临床疗效及治疗前后卡氏生活质量(KPS)评分。结果:观察组治疗有效率(90.0%)显著高于对照组(60.0%)(P<0.01)。治疗前,2组KPS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,2组KPS评分均显著提高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:浮针联合中频中药导入治疗颞颌关节紊乱病可有效提高临床疗效与病人生活质量,具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of floating needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder.Methods:A total of40patients with temporomandibular disorders were divided into the observation group and control group(20cases each group).The control group was treated with the floating needle,and the observation group was treated with floating needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical efficacy and karnofsky(KPS)score before and after treatment between two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate in observation group(90.0%)was significantly higher than that in control group(60.0%)(P<0.01).Before treatment,the difference of the KPS score between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the KPS scores in two groups significantly increased,and which in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder with floating needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients,which has good clinical application value.
