摘 要:烟草基活性炭(TAC)成功制备并用于超级电容器电极材料。由烟草出发,通过一步水热法,进而热解得到烟草基多孔碳(TPC),比表面积为111.25 m^2·g^(-1),孔容为0.11 cm^3·g^(-1),平均孔直径1.77 nm,在0.5 A·g^(-1)电流下,比电容为37 F·g^(-1)。通过碱活化得到TAC,具有较高的比表面积1297.6 m^2·g^(-1),大的孔容0.52 cm^3·g^(-1),和平均孔直径0.52 nm。在0.5 A·g^(-1)电流下,比电容可达148 F·g^(-1)。两电极体系下具有120 F·g^(-1)的比电容值,在1 A·g^(-1)下经过9 000次循环后,容量没有损失。A tobacco-derived activated carbon(TAC)was prepared from tobacco waste using KOH activation with a KOH/tobacco carbon mass ratio of3at800℃for1h,and was used as an electrode material for a supercapacitor.The tobacco waste was hydrothermally treated in a10%(v/v)HCl solution to remove metallic impurities and carbonized before activation.The carbonized tobacco has a low Brunauer Emmett Teller(BET)surface area of111.25m2·g1,a pore volume of0.11cm3·g-1,an average pore diameter of1.77nm and a specific capacitance of37F·g-1at a current density of0.5A·g-1.The TAC has a high BET surface area of1297.6m2·g-1,a large pore volume of0.52cm3·g-1,and a pore size distribution with a median pore size of0.52nm.It has a specific capacitance of148F·g1at a current density of0.5A·g1in a6M KOH electrolyte,and an excellent cycling stability with no capacitance fade after9000cycles at a current density of1A·g-1.
