摘  要:目的研究跑台训练对靶向肌肉神经功能重建(TMR)大鼠模型术后康复效果的影响。方法利用SD大鼠建立TMR模型,建模后随机分为两组:TMR组和TMR跑台组。TMR组常规饲养4周,TMR跑台组在建模后第4天开始进行跑台训练10d后常规饲养。两组均于建模后4周进行康复评价。通过检测肱二头肌肌张力、计算肌湿重维持率、运动终板染色评价两组的模型术后神经-肌功能重建的效果。结果 (1)TMR跑台组肱二头肌的最大单收缩力(5.14±0.49)g明显高于TMR组最大单收缩力(3.12±0.41)g(P≤0.05);(2)TMR跑台组的肌湿重维持率(0.81±7)%大于TMR组肌湿重维持率(66±9)%(P≤0.05);(3)两组均能染出运动终板,但TMR跑台组运动终板数量(6.09±0.58)个/视野较TMR组数量(3.56±0.42)个/视野多(P≤0.05)。结论跑台训练有利于TMR大鼠模型术后的康复。Objective To study the effect of treadmill training on the postoperative rehabilitation effect in Targeted Muscle Reinnervation(TMR)rats.MethodsTMR models were established by SD rats.Rats were randomly divided into two groups:TMR group and TMR treadmill group.TMR group was fed for4weeks.TMR treadmill group started treadmill training on the4th day after modeling,and continued for10days.Both groups were evaluated at4weeks after modeling.The effect of postoperative neuromuscular function reconstruction was evaluated by detecting the biceps muscle tension,calculating the wet weight maintenance rate,performing exercise endplate staining.Results1)The maximal single contractile force of the biceps of the TMR treadmill group(5.14±049)g was significantly higher than that of the TMR group(3.12±0.41)g(P≤0.05).2)The wet weight maintenance rate of the TMR treadmill group(0.81±0.07)was significantly higher than that of the TMR group(0.66±0.09)(P≤0.05).3)Both groups were able to stain the motor endplate,but the number of TMR treadmill group(6.09±0.58)were more than those in the TMR group(3.56±0.42)(P≤0.05).ConclusionTreadmill training is beneficial to the rehabilitation after TMR rat model.
