摘 要:文中针对航空发动机涡轮盘的典型材料DD6单晶和FGH96粉末合金材料,开展了热处理对异种镍基合金线性摩擦焊接头组织和性能的影响研究.结果表明,经过热处理后,DD6单晶侧组织中球形的γ'相发生了转变,转变为不规则的立方体形状.力学测试结果表明,经过热处理后接头抗拉强度有一定提高,这与经过热处理后DD6单晶侧及接头过渡区组织转变有关.The effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of dissimilar nickel base alloys linear friction welded joint was investigated. The two nickel base alloys were typical DD6 single crystal superalloy and FGH96 powder superalloy usually used on the turbine disk of aeroengine. The results showed that the weld zone of FGH96 had an obvious deformed zone but it was different with that of DD6. γ' phase in two materials was both liquated,and its size also changed. Tensile tests showed all joints fractured at the DD6 base metal and the tensile strength of joint was equivalent to that of DD6 base metal.
